Total Cost

The total cost of tuition for your online Personal Caregiver Certificate covers the cost of your studies and any digital textbooks and study materials included in your program.

The difference between the payment options is the dollar amount the credit will cost you for selecting a monthly payment plan versus paying in full.

Enrollment Requirements

• Age- 17
• Education- 8th grade
• Technology Requirements- You will need access to high-speed internet to begin your program. In addition, you will need access to a Microsoft® Windows® based computer running Windows 10® or later or an Apple® Mac® computer running macOS® Sierra Version 11.2 or later, Microsoft® Office 2019 or Microsoft 365® and an email account to complete this program with Penn Foster.

Refund Policy

At Penn Foster, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with the Personal Caregiver Certificate or can no longer continue your studies, we offer a refund policy. If you cancel within the first 6 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 6 days your refund amount will be based on:

• Lessons completed
• Tuition collected
• Enrollment date
